Not since L7 has there been a more sassy all-girl rock band and heaven knows in a world of skinny boys wearing girls jeans, we need an injection of something different. So then, we welcome the return of The Donnas here to give the rock scene another kick up the arse. About time too.
Don’t Wait Up For Me is a pulsating anthem which highlights good rock n’ roll needs bad attitude and sneering their way through three and a half minutes of playful hooks and fist shaking ‘Yeahs!’, these girls have it in bucketloads. A welcome return.
