Nine Inch Nails TV show

Rockers Nine Inch Nails are turning their latest album Year Zero into a TV show.

Frontman Trent Reznor has penned a story around their 2007 release, a concept album featuring the singer’s Orwellian forecast of the U.S. around the year 2022, and is currently posing the idea to various TV networks.

He says, “We’ve got a producer on board and have met with writers. If it works, it works and if it doesn’t, it doesn’t. I’m more interested in it being a television show than a film at this point. We’re about to pitch it to the network, so we’re a couple of weeks away from meeting all of the main people and we’ll see what happens.”

White Stripes frontman Jack White and his wife, Karen Elson, are the parents of a baby boy.

The couple’s second child, named Henry Lee White, was born on Tuesday, White’s publicist revealed.

White and Elson already have a 15-month-old daughter, Scarlett Teresa White.

“The new child and his mother are both feeling very healthy and happy,” White’s representative, Chloe Walsh, said in a statement.

White, 32, married Elson, a 28-year-old model, in 2005.

The White Stripes are currently on a break from their North America tour, which will resume on September 13 at the Kiva Auditorium in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Emma Bunton has given birth to a baby boy today, it has been announced.

The Spice Girl and her boyfriend, former pop star Jade Jones, are understood to have named the baby Beau, after the delivery this morning.

He was born in the private London Portland Hospital and mother and son are said to be “doing fine”, according to an official spokesman.

“Emma gave birth to a boy at 11.12am this morning. The weight was 7lbs 15oz, which is the same weight as Jade when he was born.

“I believe the name they have chosen is Beau, which is French for handsome”, the spokesman explained.

He continued: “The phone’s been ringing off the hook, but none of the Spice Girls have called yet. I’m sure they will but they’re all out of the country at the moment.”

As previously reported, the Spice Girls are due to begin their comeback world tour in Vancouver, Canada in December.
